Refund Policy

Please review ACLS Medical Training’s refund policy prior to purchase. Providers are only entitled to a refund of their course registration fee from ACLS Medical Training in the following circumstances.

  • 24 hour right to rescind purchase. Providers have the right to rescind their enrollment in any of our courses and receive a full refund within 24 hours of enrollment. This is void if you have passed the certification exam.
  • If you are seeking a refund because your employer did not accept the ACLS Medical Training provider card, you must follow all of the steps below. If you do not follow these steps within sixty (60) days of course registration, a refund will not be provided.
    • You must fill out our refund request form which includes the following required fields:
      • Name and order number
      • Employer name
      • Supervisor/compliance department, or HR department that is not accepting the ACLS Medical Training provider card
      • Phone of compliance contact
      • Email of compliance contact

If all of the fields are not adequately complete the refund request will be rejected. Unfortunately, we have had many instances of providers signing up for a course, receiving a provider card, and then asking for a refund even though there was no compliance issue.

    • ACLS Medical Training will use the information provided to contact your employer. ACLS Medical Training will confirm their Joint Commission (JCAHO) requirements and work to get our provider card accepted for you. If your employer verifies that it will absolutely not accept the ACLS Medical Training provider card, you will be issued a refund of your entire course fee (value paid) within 2-5 business days.

Please note all course and examination materials on the ACLS Medical Training site are evidence-based and comply with JCAHO requirements. ACLS Medical Training curriculum is adapted from American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines, and the latest peer-reviewed articles and expert consensus guidelines. Our provider cards have been accepted in every US state and Canadian province, and in over 80 countries. However, we always recommend that you check with your employer before purchasing to avoid any acceptance issues.

Many institutions have firm policies regarding certification. We strongly recommend that you recertify well in advance of your respective two-year expiration date to avoid any employment problems. ACLS Medical Training is not responsible for lapses in an individual’s BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification. While you will receive an immediate notification of proof of certification, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your physical provider card. While our provider cards are widely accepted, make sure to allow sufficient time to account for employer verification and, in extreme circumstances, take the necessary steps to receive recertification from an alternate source.
