Training video would be helpful

Thankfully I have taken a hands on course in the past, because the verbiage of this coarse was difficult to follow NOT being in the medical field. As someone who is more hands on and a visual learner I thought it would have been helpful to watch a video of someone instructing the training class verses reading the literature.

It is a great product but I bought it my mistake. My hospital does not accept it and I need to retake the exam through my employer internally. Thank you so much.

Thank you for providing this online course. I enjoyed the format and ease of renewing my BLS online. However, my company will only accept AHA (found out when I submitted my card) sure wish they had mentioned that. Other than that, I would recommend this course.

Great customer service
After completing the online training, unfortunately, my employer did not accept this certification. The company promptly refunded my course fee.
