Better then AHA, but not accepted by my hospital

Certified in BLS

The course was great and as informative or even more so from AHA, however the hospital I will be working for will not accept this training course

Slightly disappointed

Certified in BLS

Sometimes the data in learning section are contradictory and confusing. Some questions and content not in the materials.

BLS

Certified in BLS

The course was great but my school would not except it but other than that I loved it.

BLS Certification

Certified in BLS

Simple to use and access. PDF supportive content was helpful. Would have benefited by video to augment reading content only to satisfy multiple learning methods. The practice tests were helpful. There were questions asked that were not supported by learning content.

Almost Perfect

Certified in ACLS

I love this training course and can't say enough good things about what you guys have created. I love the way things are broken down so that I can study on my time. I love the practice questions and the mega codes that allow me to practice and feel confident to take the exam. My only complaint is that my school would not accept the certification. Other than that I would recommend your course to anyone.

Tests

Certified in PALS

Other than a test answer being marked wrong on one test and correct on the next no problems.

RN

Great class easy to follow, but my employer did not accept certification.

Great customer service

Certified in BLS

I am currently in my third year of medical school and needed to renew my BLS. I took the online course and it was exactly the same as other courses I've taken in the past with all the information I needed. I submitted my renewal form to my employer and for some reason they did not accept it. I reached out to the ACLS person and explained what had happened and received a refund almost immediately!

Great for the Experienced Provider

This was the best training program I've seen for those experienced BLS, ACLS, and PALS providers. It is however not appropriate for anyone who doesn't routinely use these skills and protocols as it addresses refresher, update, and comprehension of the material assuming you are already established and have completed formal training in these topics.

Fewer questions?

Good content but would have appreciated fewer questions.
