I do like the freedom of certification on line. I have been ACLS Certified for 32 years and the last 3 have been with you. It took a bit of getting used to no to have a full day of course material and peer interaction but all in all it serves the purpose. One thing that I would like to say is that I still feel that anyone in their first Years of Critical Care practice need to do classroom Cert. and ReCert until it becomes a general review of their practice. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback and all the luck with your training. We so desperately need certified professionals in the field.

Was little confusing to follow which manuals/practice test/test to do. Would be more straightforward if it was broken up into specialties (ie nrp,pals,lbs) once started. But overall good program.

Nice to be able to do this on the fly. Would recommend a few more pictures even for recertifying. What they say about pictures and 1000 words holds true. Thanks for this flexible way of updating certifications!

The content provided is concise and informative. It's easily navigated and offers many ways to learn the information. I was able to participate in the training on my own time and didn't have to take time away from work to complete it. I did find myself wishing I had an option to practice with an instructor but in our current pandemic situation I felt like this was a great option.

Overall, was about what I expected. Would be nice if the material for review was presented in more then one format. It is difficult to read a wall of text. Having it as audio files or some videos would have made the review of the material immensely easier.
